How to Measure

• Place your foot on a flat surface with your heel against a straight edge or a wall.
  
• Place a ruler beside your foot, touching the same straight edge as your heel.
  
• Then take the length in millimetres from the tip of your longest toe to your heel.
  
• If your foot measurement is halfway between sizes select the larger size.
